Our harbour at Nuuk. The middle boat is being restored by Soren, a superb shipwright. Note the harpoon gun, long unused & wrapped in canvas, on the bow of the ship at right.

Denmark Strait                                                       Photo by Claudia Kirchberger, 2022     The Trip Round trip from Ireland to West Greenland and likely Baffin Island, Canada. A lot of walking in wilderness. Fishing and small game hunting. Trip is 1 June - 15 September. 2 legs; crew change 20 July at Ilulissat or Upernavik.
